Our training consists of sword practise, followed by running, 
callisthetics and conditioning,breakfalls falls, throwing, ground 
submissions, punching and kicking drills, and stand up self defense 
tactics. Our training group is non-profit and has only nominal fees, 
which are used for equipment. However in following the traditionally 
proven method of teaching only a small number of students to a high 
degree of excellence enrollment is strictly limited. Past training in 
judo, jujutsu or Muay Thai would be an asset but is not essential. 
A willingness to engage in hard training is however a must.

Federation  in Seoul. In 1996 I went to Korea
with my friend Emilio Bolea, who lives in
Barcelona, to find a connection with a good
organisation. We met and trained there under Master
Lee Chang Soo. He tested me for the 3rd-Dan
and with this I now have direct contact with the
federation and am head of the Jin Jung Kwan in
Holland. The Jin Jung Kwan style is one that
only concentrates on the practical self-defense.
There are no competitions, only training the
body physically, mentally and technically.

and teaches Hapkido with the addition of a variety of
techniques from Kenpo and some ground work.  The Hapkido
class is mainly for teens and adults at least 13 years of age.
Tae Kwon Do is taught to the younger members. The cost for
YMCA members is $22 per month for two 90 minute sessions per
week at 6pm on Monday and Wednesday.  Private lessons are
available on a limited basis.  The Belleville YMCA is located
approximately 25 miles east of St. Louis, Missouri and is

Chon Mu Hap Ki Do Federation. With over 27 years of
experience, he serves as the  principle liaisons
between the Korea Hap Ki Do Federation in Korea and
the Chon Mu Hap Ki Do headquarters in the United States.
From 1976 to 1981, Master Chon instructed R.O.K.
soldiers in self defense and combat tactics. From
1981 to 1992, he taught Hap Ki Do to both Korean and
American soldiers and the Korean police department.
Master Chon came to the Untied States in 1992 to
establish the Chon Mu Hap Ki Do headquarters in
Virginia to introduce Chon Mu Hap Ki Do to America.
Although a well-known expert in many aspects of the
martial arts, Grand Master Paek Un Chon is especially
known for his mastery of acupuncture and pressure
points and joint manipulation techniques. He is also
featured in an issue of Black Belt magazine and is
listed in Who is Who in Martial Arts.
