Tai Chi is a martial arts method for practicing whole-body health. It is a low-impact, relaxing system of movement that builds core muscles (for stability and balance) while increasing flexibility and exercising the cardiovascular system. Not only are there physical benefits, but studies have shown that the effects of daily stress are considerably lessened through the practice of Tai Chi.
Currently, LifeArts - Howard Chiropractic, P.C. in association with the NHA, is arranging for a professional Tai Chi instructor to teach courses at the NHS school in Plattsmouth.
